Conception is guidance in shaping a new initiative, such as a foundation, a company, a book or a public platform, from first thought to the moment execution is handed over to others.

No. It is bespoke direction: listening until structure appears, testing that structure, and then giving form to what must become visible. Comcilium hands the initiative over once it can stand on its own.

There comes a moment when an entrepreneur or family principal knows that something will follow, without yet knowing what form it should take. A foundation that does justice to a lifelong conviction.
